as i watched you walk into the room, you carried a facial expression of annoyance, irritation, laziness, or whatever you want to call it. all i know was that you were out of it. but i sat there, watched you walk and waited for you to put your head up and notice me.
your attention was off somewhere else, and you finally noticed. you lifted your head up and that annoyed look was quickly replaced with a huge smile on your face. as if it was the first time you've seen me in ten years.
i admit, i found it cute.
to think of it, i probably would have had the same facial expression as you did. you never fail to cheer me up, no matter how intense the situations were. because i know at the end of the day, a simple gesture from you would make it all better.
